Shipping Information
Shipping and Handling costs vary, depending on method.

We select the most efficient shipper for each method, depending on destination.
For all "Standard" (USA ground) and
"International" (UK, Germany, Australia and New Zealand) orders our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, on occasion we will elect to use other carriers such as UPS or Fed Ex.
In addition to the actual cost charged to us by a carrier for freight we charge a handling fee for each transaction.
Therefore, total shipping charges on your order include both a carrier fee (freight) and a handling fee (packaging, labor, facilities, etc.). Total shipping and handling charges are reflected on your order in the line item entitled "Shipping." The total cost for shipping and handling is formulated based on the total amount purchased.
Important Note:
Shipping and handling charges for
oversized/overweight orders, Canada and International orders may be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs.
This adjustment may increase the cost reflected on our shipping tables. If
an adjustment is necessary you will be contacted for approval prior to
shipping your order.
The shipping options available to our customers include:

Standard
- USA:
We use USPS Priority Mail as the first choice and UPS as the second choice. In the United States, "standard" shipments should be received within
4 to 7 business days. Because we cannot control the Canadian Postal
Service and/or the Canadian Customs Office, please allow two to three weeks
for Canada orders. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail
to let you know the expected shipping date. We use a tracking number on all
shipments so that, if necessary, your order can be easily traced.

Standard
- Canada:
We use USPS Priority Mail as the first choice and UPS as the second choice.
This is a special shipping option we use for Canadian orders. We do not
offer 2nd Day or Next Day shipping options for Canada. Because we
cannot control the Canadian Postal Service and/or the Canadian Customs
Office, please allow two to three weeks for Canada orders. If an item is on
backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected
shipping date. We use a tracking number on all shipments so that, if
necessary, your order can be easily traced.
Canada Customs
Charges: We are required by law to reveal the
contents of international packages and to state the full value of the
shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Canada customs charges may be levied
when the package reaches your country. The Soccer Planet Store is not
responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these
charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further
information.

International:
We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Global Express or Fed Ex U.S. Export International PriorityŽ
(5 to 10 days delivery after order is processed). We ship to select international
destinations only - Canada, UK, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. If you do not see the destination country in the shipping
drop-down menu when you are placing your order, we do not ship to that
country. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let
you know the expected shipping date.
Important Note About The Processing of International Orders:
Because
of the high frequency of fraudulent international orders, please allow 2 to 3
business days for order processing before your order is shipped (embarks).
All
International orders will require a delivery acknowledgement signature from
the credit card holder upon delivery.
Shipment dates are estimates only. If your delivery or billing information is
incorrect your order will not ship until the information can be corrected. To
ensure a smooth and speedy order process, please make sure that both your
billing and shipping information including name and phone numbers are correct.
Customs
Charges: We are required by law to reveal the
contents of international packages and to state the full value of the
shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied
when the package reaches your country. The Soccer Planet Store is not
responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these
charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further

2nd Day Air:
For this option, we use either USPS Express Mail or

We do not ship
International orders via 2nd Day Air unless a special shipping charge has been
agreed upon between The Soccer Planet Store and the customer. All
2nd Day Air orders with a total value of $100 or more will require
a delivery acknowledgement signature from the credit card holder.

Next Day Air:
We use USPS Express Mail or Federal Express Standard Overnight for next day deliveries. We designate "next business day deliveries," which in most cases means delivery will occur on a business day in the afternoon. In order to ship on same day as order placement, we must receive your order by 9:00 AM CST.
If your delivery or billing information is incorrect
your order will not ship until the information can be corrected. To ensure a
smooth and speedy order process, please make sure that both your billing and
shipping information including name and phone numbers are correct. If an item is on
backorder, we will contact you by e-mail or
telephone to let
you know the expected shipping date.
All
Next Day Air orders with a total value of $100 or more will require
a delivery acknowledgement signature from the credit card holder.

- Saturday Delivery:
We use Federal Express Priority Overnight with
Saturday Delivery for orders selecting this option. In order to ship on any
Friday for Saturday delivery we must receive your order by no later than Friday,
9:00 AM CST (excluding Holidays that fall on a Friday) .
If your delivery or billing information is incorrect
your order will not ship until the information can be corrected. To ensure a
smooth and speedy order process, please make sure that both your billing and
shipping information including name and phone numbers are correct. If an item is on
backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let
you know the expected shipping date.
All

Day (2nd Day) Shipping Option:

Orders selecting the
"Second Day" shipping option usually ship
on the next business day unless the order is placed before 9AM Central
Standard Time (CST).
2nd Day orders will ship same day of order placement if the order is placed by no later than 9AM
CST. 2nd Day orders placed after 9AM CST will ship the next business day.
You can expect to receive your 2nd Day shipment within 3 business
days of placing your order. We cannot ship 2nd Day orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO
addresses. Shipping costs
are dependent on the purchase value of your order
and the shipping method you select. Your shipping
charges will be automatically calculated during

Returns
and Exchanges Policy
and Procedures
If for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied with your purchase and you have not used or worn
the product, and the product is not a custom product (such as a player jersey or
goal keeper jersey with player name and number added) and you can return the product in its original packaging, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
Original invoiced shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. Product exchanges are return shipped to customers at our expense via our standard shipping option (U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail).
Before doing so, however,
please complete the Soccer Planet Store Return Form included with your order's
packing slip. You will find instructions there explaining how and where to
return your product for exchange or credit. We cannot issue any refunds or authorize any exchanges without a
completed Soccer Planet Store Return and Exchange Form included in your return shipment. If you

If you return your purchase, please keep these things in mind... For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.
